Brief Album Description: Let It Be... Naked is a 2003 album by the English rock group the Beatles. It is the version of their 1970 album Let It Be, how they originally recorded it (without the overdubbing and mixing done before its initial release). The project was initiated by Paul McCartney, who had always felt that Phil Spector's production did not represent the group's stripped-down, back to their roots intentions for the album. Let It Be... Naked presents the songs "naked" – without Spector's overdubs and without the incidental studio chatter featured between most cuts of the original album. Let It Be... Naked also omits two minor tracks, "Dig It"
and "Maggie Mae", replacing them with "Don't Let Me Down", originally featured only as the B-side of the "Get Back" single.

Come In For A Visit To The Millenium MIDI Homepage

Thanks For Visiting And Be Sure To Tell All Your Friends. I have been an avid Beatles' fan since the early 70's. My collection is based upon my private collection of every original released LP in the US. Those who have seen the original records on vinyl will remember some of the albums you no longer see around: "Meet The Beatles"; "Beatles '65"; "Yesterday..and Today!" to name a few. I am now adding all the US compilation and Live albums to my webpage with songs in MIDI format, small 30-second songs in MP3 format and lastly, a lyrics page of every song. All album covers are viewable in a greatly larger version and free to download as are all the songs both in MIDI and MP3 formats. Though the MP3's are only 30 seconds long, they are perfect for ringtones for your phone. If you download a bunch then at least please consider a small donation. You can also purchase a special mix of four Beatles music CD's or you can purchase each Beatles album in MP3 format, but please keep it at 1-2 albums at a time because they all have to be emailed and thats a lot of files since every song is in 192 kbps. Thank you for your support...
